By booking a service with Aussie Mobile Tyres (we, us, our), you agree to these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t book or use our services. We may update these terms from time to time. Using our services after updates means you accept the new terms.
We’re a mobile tyre service. We come to you to replace or repair tyres or do minor wheel-related jobs.
We get your tyre and vehicle info by phone or text, and rely on the details you give us to do the job right.
If we show up and can’t do the job (for reasons like wrong tyre size, missing lock nut, car not there or blocked in), we charge a $99 call-out fee.
To avoid this, please double-check your details and make sure your car is ready and accessible.
You need to give us the correct tyre size, load and speed rating, and tell us if your car’s wheels have been changed from factory spec.
If you choose tyres different from what’s on your car now, it could affect your car’s roadworthiness or stop us fitting them.
If you agree to go ahead with a new tyre job based on your provided specifications, it’s your responsibility to check and confirm that these tyres meet your vehicle’s requirements.
Once tyres are installed on your rims, they can’t be returned or refunded just because they turn out to be unsuitable. You’ll be liable for any issues that come from fitting tyres you approved that don’t match your car’s specifications.
Not sure? Just ask — we’re here to help.
Payment is due when we finish the job, unless we agree otherwise.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS and sometimes cash.
All prices are in AUD and include GST unless noted.
If payment is declined or delayed, you’ll cover any recovery costs (like debt collection or legal fees).
Our tyres and services come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
You can get a replacement or refund for a major fault, and have goods repaired or replaced if they’re not up to standard.
Any tyre manufacturer warranties also apply.
If you think a tyre we supplied is faulty or damaged, please let us know right away.
Traffic, bad weather, supplier issues or other problems can cause delays. We’ll keep you updated and rebook as soon as possible.
We’re not liable for costs or losses caused by delays we couldn’t reasonably prevent.
Because we fit tyres directly to your car, returns generally aren’t possible unless required under Australian Consumer Law (like for major defects).
We want you to be happy with our work. If you’ve got feedback or concerns, email us at:

We take care to give accurate advice and good service. Still, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses (like costs from delayed trips or not having your car).
Our maximum liability is limited to re-doing the service or refunding what you paid.
You agree to cover us for any costs or claims arising from wrong info you gave us, misuse of products we fitted, or if you breach these terms.
We only use your personal info (like name, address, car details) to organise and complete your tyre work. We keep it secure and private.
These terms are governed by Victorian law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
We might update these terms sometimes. The latest version on our website applies to your booking.
Thanks for choosing Aussie Mobile Tyres. We appreciate your business and look forward to keeping your car safe on the road.
